Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) C3HUB Portal Update

Did you know you can access the CERT C3HUB (cms.gov) to obtain claim review status information under the Claim Status Search feature. This website is operated by the CERT Contractor and updated daily. Your CERT information is still available within our eServices portal, however this information is updated on a monthly basis.

The following enhancements were made by the CERT Contractor to the Claim Status Search feature on the C3HUB:

• Review status field will display
  • Completed review information will include error status - "No Error" or "Error (Contact your MAC)", date of completion
  • If the review has not completed the date review started
• Documentation status field will display
  • Provider type documentation received from — billing or third party
  • Provider type documentation requested from — billing or third party
